Easy-opening cover, also known as easy-opening cover, is a cover for sealing cans with a pull ring, belonging to metal packaging products. The easy-open lid is used for canning and opening of cans, and is defined as a score line which is pre-engraved to a certain depth and which is riveted with a cover which can be safely torn along the score line when the tab is opened. It is a better anti-counterfeit bottle cap. The general milk powder cans are in the form of easy-to-tear cover. The following is a brief introduction to the manufacturing process of the easy-to-tear cover.
1. Send the cover. The already formed basic cover is fed into the easy-to-open cover production equipment. The production process of the basic cover is the same as that of the metal can lid. The basic cover is stamped, with the degree of burying, the rounded edge of the can and the glue injection.
2. Punching. The middle of the formed basic cover is punched out of the hole, and the O-shaped tear-off cover is punched into a round hole; the D-type easily tearable cover is punched out of the D-shaped hole.
3. Crimping. The edge of the hole in the middle of the cover is crimped in the outer diameter direction, and the direction of the curling is the inner side of the basic cover, so that the edge of the hole has no burr notch.
4. Seal the aluminum foil. The stamped aluminum foil is heat-sealed to the cover to seal the middle hole.
5. Embossing. The pattern is pressed on the aluminum foil, one is beautiful, and the other is to increase the strength of the aluminum foil.
6. Testing and packaging. Each easy-to-tear cover is in-line tested to check its tightness, and the products that pass the test are automatically packaged.
